House Rules

1. Check-In/Check-Out Times

• Check-In: After 3:00 PM
• Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
• Late check-out or early check-in requests may be accommodated upon availability but must be confirmed in advance.

2. No Parties or Events

• This is a quiet, family-friendly home. No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.
• Only the number of guests included in the booking are permitted to stay on the property.

3. No Smoking

• No smoking inside the home. This includes vaping and electronic cigarettes.
• Guests may smoke outside in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

4. No Pets

• Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance.
• If you have a service animal, please notify us before your stay.

5. Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels down during these times, especially when outside or on the patio.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

• Please treat the home as you would your own and leave it in the same condition you found it.
• Dishes should be washed or placed in the dishwasher before check-out.
• If you accidentally damage something, please let us know so we can arrange repairs before the next guest arrives.
• Trash: Kindly dispose of trash in the appropriate bins. If you’re staying longer, trash collection day is [Day], and bins should be placed on the curb by 7:00 AM.

7. Respect for the Property

• Do not rearrange furniture or decor without permission.
• Please do not use towels for cleaning purposes, and avoid using them for makeup removal to prevent stains.

8. Use of Amenities

• BBQ/Outdoor Grill: The grill is available for guest use, but please clean it after use.

9. Security and Safety

• Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property or at night.

10. No Unauthorized Guests

• Only the number of guests listed in your reservation are permitted to stay at the property. Additional overnight guests or visitors must be approved in advance.

12. Energy Conservation

• Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when not in use or when leaving the home.
• Avoid running the air conditioning with doors or windows open.

13. Responsibility for Children

• Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

14. Liability

• We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
• The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. Always secure your belongings and lock doors when necessary.
