3. Keep the noise level low outside the house, especially after 10pm
4. No smoking inside the house
5. No shoes inside the house
6. No parties or events without permission, please ask if you're not sure and we will let you know if what you're planning is allowed.
7. No extra guests on the property without approval, AT ANY TIME. (Cameras are monitoring entrances 24/7)
8. Keep the house as clean as when you checked in (as much as possible)
9. Wash your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and clean the BBQ if you use it.
